حذف الحساب والتواصل

الطريقة الأسرع: من داخل التطبيق

افتح تطبيق «طبق» وسجّل دخولك.
اذهب إلى حسابي ← الإعدادات ← حذف الحساب.
أكّد الحذف. يُحذف حسابك وبيانات ملفك فوراً.

إذا لم تستطع الدخول، أو أردت حذف كل السجلات المرتبطة بك (الحجوزات والمساهمات والتطوع)، أو لديك سؤال عن الخصوصية. ننفّذ طلبات الحذف خلال ٣٠ يوماً.

ما الذي يُحذف؟ رقمك أو بريدك، واسمك، وأدوارك، وحجوزاتك، ومساهماتك، وتسجيلاتك في التطوع والتوصيل، وإشعاراتك. قد نحتفظ بأرقام إحصائية عامة لا تدل عليك (مثل إجمالي عدد الوجبات).

Open TABAQ and sign in.
Go to Account → Settings → Delete account.
Confirm. Your account and profile are deleted immediately.

If you can’t sign in, want every record linked to you removed (bookings, pledges, volunteering), or have a privacy question. Deletion requests are completed within 30 days.

What is deleted? Your number or email, name, roles, bookings, pledges, volunteer and delivery sign-ups and notifications. We may keep aggregate statistics that don’t identify you (such as total meals served).
