باستخدامك تطبيق «طبق» فأنت توافق على هذه الشروط.
١. الخدمة
«طبق» منصة مجانية تعرض أماكن تقدّم الطعام مجاناً (موائد الرحمن والتكايا ونقاط الطعام الموسمية)، وتتيح الحجز فيها، والمساهمة العينية في احتياجاتها، والتطوع، والتوصيل للبيوت، والإعلان عن فائض الطعام.
٢. لا نستقبل أموالاً
التطبيق لا يجمع أي أموال ولا يتوسط في أي دفع. المساهمات عينية، وتُسلَّم مباشرة للجهة المنظمة. احذر أي جهة تطلب منك تحويلاً مالياً باسم التطبيق، وأبلغنا عنها.
٣. الأماكن والجهات المنظمة
الأماكن تديرها جهات مستقلة: جمعيات ومبادرات ومساجد وكنائس وأفراد. نراجع الأماكن قبل ظهورها، لكن الجهة المنظمة وحدها مسؤولة عن الطعام وجودته وسلامته، وعن المواعيد والتنظيم في المكان.
٤. التزامات أصحاب الأماكن
- أن يكون المكان مفتوحاً للجميع دون تمييز، وألا يُنشر فيه أي محتوى دعوي.
- أن تكون البيانات صحيحة ومحدّثة (الموقع، المواعيد، السعة، الاحتياجات).
- عدم طلب أموال من الزوار أو المتبرعين عبر التطبيق.
- احترام خصوصية المستفيدين، وعدم تصوير وجوههم.
- للفائض: الالتزام بشروط سلامة الغذاء الموضحة في التطبيق.
٥. التزامات المستخدمين
- تقديم بيانات صحيحة، وعدم انتحال صفة أي شخص أو جهة.
- عدم الحجز دون نية الحضور، وإلغاء الحجز إن لم تستطع الحضور.
- المتطوعون في التوصيل للبيوت يتعهدون بالحفاظ على خصوصية الأسر، وعدم تصوير أو نشر أي شيء عنها.
- عدم إساءة استخدام البلاغات أو التقييمات.
٦. الإيقاف
يحق لفريق المنصة إيقاف أي مكان أو حساب يخالف هذه الشروط، أو يتلقى بلاغات جدية، أو يعرّض المستخدمين للخطر.
٧. حدود المسؤولية
نقدّم الخدمة «كما هي». المواعيد والمسافات وأوقات الوصول تقديرية، وقد تتغير الأماكن دون إشعار. لا نتحمل مسؤولية ما يحدث في الأماكن أو بين المستخدمين والجهات المنظمة، في حدود ما يسمح به القانون.

٩. التغييرات
قد نحدّث هذه الشروط، وسنعدّل تاريخها في أعلى الصفحة. استمرارك في استخدام التطبيق بعد التحديث يعني موافقتك عليه.

By using TABAQ you agree to these terms.
1. The service
TABAQ is a free platform that lists places serving free food (iftar tables, takiyas and seasonal food points), and lets you book a seat, give in kind, volunteer, help with home delivery and post surplus food.
2. No money
The app does not collect money or handle payments. Contributions are in kind and go directly to the organiser. Beware of anyone asking for a transfer in the app’s name, and report them.
3. Places and organisers
Places are run by independent organisers: associations, initiatives, mosques, churches and individuals. We review places before they appear, but the organiser alone is responsible for the food, its quality and safety, and for timings and organisation on site.
4. Host obligations
- Keep the place open to everyone without distinction, with no religious promotion.
- Keep details accurate and up to date (location, times, capacity, needs).
- Never ask visitors or donors for money through the app.
- Respect guests’ privacy and do not photograph their faces.
- For surplus food, follow the food-safety conditions shown in the app.
5. User obligations
- Provide accurate details and do not impersonate anyone.
- Don’t book without intending to come; cancel if you can’t.
- Home-delivery volunteers must protect families’ privacy and never photograph or share anything about them.
- Do not misuse reports or ratings.
6. Suspension
The platform team may suspend any place or account that breaks these terms, receives serious reports or puts users at risk.
7. Liability
The service is provided “as is”. Times, distances and arrival estimates are approximate, and places may change without notice. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for what happens at places or between users and organisers.

9. Changes
We may update these terms and will change the date above. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept it.
